-Three Goals-

Forest image

Goal 1-Home Equity Loan Program (HELP)

Working with the U.S. Federal government down to the local level to establish a “Common Sense” approach to the housing crisis. To establish a “Fast Track.” software application for home buyers to departments such as HUD, FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac for one-hour preapproval. To work with banks at all levels, introducing them to our H.E.L.P. program that allows home buyers a Zero % loan for the first 60 months into their mortgage for equity participation.

Goal II- Homeowners Insurance (freedom) Participation Policy. (HIPP)

All insurance companies base profit on probabilities on all types of insurance, and homeowners insurance is no different. Since our Cat5 housing products are fortresses built to last and withstand the powers of nature and fire, a special policy should be structured to allow our buyers a significant discount. We will call this policy HIPP.

Goal III-National Preapproval Permit Stamp (NPPS)

Build an app connecting all building and zoning offices throughout the US and deliver our engineered-proofed building process to them in real-time. This NPPS will allow homeowners and contractors to speed up the building process, reducing costs.

The Ultimate Goal

People who need a home fall into two categories: they either rent or buy and run into two problems: 1. The home rental market is almost extinct, and the few available are overpriced. 2. Buying a home is way too expensive, with high interest rates and insurance costs. So what is the solution? Freedom Fate Foundation is the solution. With our unique partnership with the Cat5 Building Company and our relationships with governments, insurance companies, and banking, we reduce the overall cost of homeownership. These brand-new homes come with safety, efficiency, and eco-friendly priorities. AND! they are beautiful.
There are only two reasons people do not buy a home: they cannot afford it or do not know how. We are here to teach you how…
Our homes are not based on “low-income” housing plans; they rarely work out. We call our plan the: “Affordable Income Plan.” For more information, please feel free to complete our form.

A Brighter Tomorrow-Today...

Homeownership is the pride of our souls in our country and has been since our independence. But that beautiful dream is threatened by hyperinflation, sky-high interest rates, and insurance rates to the moon. In addition, time-wasting bureaucratic agencies control all housing, from the US federal government down to the local building and zoning office. Because of those reasons, 60% of hard-working, good people do not qualify for homeownership; what a crying shame…

As our newly elected President has stated, it is high time to bring on the “Common Sense.” approach, and here at the Freedom Fate Foundation, I plan on doing that right now…we will be hiring the very best people based on one thing, Maximum Meritocracy Manpower.

1. We will create the ZERO interest loan program(HELP)

2. Homeowners insurance rates will be cut by 50%. (HIPP)

3. Get a building permit issued in 30 days or less. (NPPS)
